Chrysanthemum Stone is a fantastic new addition to Fossil Shack’s Website. This natural stone comes from Canada. It is a naturally occurring stone that is made from a mixture of gypsum, dolomite and limestone... with inclusions of various other minerals including Celestite, Calcite, Andalusite and Feldspar.
It is most commonly black and white, but can also be brown and white, depending on the minerals present. The way the minerals are arranged in the stones resembles a flower... which explains the meaning of the name Chrysanthemum Stone.
