This is one of the most impressive turtles to come out of the Green River Formation in recent years. This foot long Hummelichelys guttata is in incredible condition and is a beautiful fossil. It has slight restoration to the section of shell nearest the skull but is absolutely magnificent. These turtles are very rare and do not often come up for sale.
